Nuclear markers
Ki-67, ER, PR (Allred), p53, p16: count positive and negative nuclei from a field or a slide, pooled over several fields.

HER2 (ASCO/CAP), PD-L1 (TPS, CPS), CLDN18.2, cytoplasmic H-score: grade each cell 0, 1+, 2+ or 3+.

Two-colour in situ hybridisation: invasive region map, per-nucleus outlines, HER2 and CEN17 dot counts, ratio and ASCO/CAP 2018 group.
